Return Policy

No Refunds - Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery for a different size of the same item, provided the item is in perfect condition. Customers must cover the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all Bonita's Boutique and product tags attached.

To process an exchange, include a note inside the return package with your name, email, phone number, order number, and address.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 2 days of delivery for assistance. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted. Customers will be notified and must cover reshipping costs within 30 days; otherwise, the item will be discarded.

Processing Exchanges

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Exchange processing time: 10-15 business days (15-25 during holiday seasons).
  • Once processed, store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit does not expire.
  • Store credit covers the original purchase price and tax fees, but not original shipping costs.
  • Keep your return package tracking number. We require proof of return delivery to process an exchange.

Customers must not send packages to any other address, as we have moved locations. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address. Additionally, customers are not permitted to visit our warehouse, and in-person returns will not be accepted.

Return Abuse Policy

If we suspect a customer of wardrobing (wearing an item and returning it), we will deny the exchange and may restrict access to future purchases. Customers will be notified before any such action is taken.

Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Accessories (including bags and clutches)
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits

Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address are subject to a restocking fee and the customer must pay redelivery costs.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delivery issues due to address errors or unsecured delivery locations.
